I made another mod to fix all Long Blade books acting like Reloading books.

That is correct! If you're playing vanilla and past lvl 4 Carpentry it will say that the book is obsolete; it behaves exactly like the Carpentry 2 book.

So, just to clarify—are you saying that in vanilla Build 42, reading the Carving 2 skill book actually levels Carpentry instead? Thanks for the fix though.
