Yeah, I was completely wrong about that feeling I had, it's probably just a incompatibilty with bulk recipes made before the 4.0 mod update, so I don't think I can troubleshoot it properly

When I had my old list they did not show up when searching.

I've just created a new list and redid my recipes so it's all good now.

I think I know why it happens, though to be sure, can you tell me if it shows the recipes if you search something?

For some reason none of the recipes are showing up in the "Add Recipe" menu when I want to create a new bulk recipe.

All my old ones are still there though.

Edit: If I reset the list all the recipes in the "Add Recipe" menu appears again. However, they disappear again if I load my old list.

Update 4.3:
Now it's possible to change the work amount and cost in real-time (ergo, without restarting the game), still it isn't possible to do so with prouducts and label.
Fixed mod settings tooltips to show the correct values.

Building a statue in your honor in my workshop. Soon as I updated all recipes show up- same recipe list even. Dont know what fight you fought to fix it but your efforts are appreciated

Update 4.2:
Fixed the recipes not showing in vanilla workstations, should work fine with everything.
Let me know if you still have issues (make sure the mod version is 4.2)

You can go on github and download the mod version you need, I'm sorry for these problems, I'll fix them as soon as I find the cause.

Hate to offer bad news but, having the same issue of bulk recipes not appearing in any vanilla workstations.. Tried moving this mod to the top (only below Core and Biotech) as well as all the way to the bottom- reset the recipe list and remade all bulk recipes- all to no effect. No new mods, didnt change the load order before noticing the issue- hate to ask but do you have the Pre update version still available?

@Septentrix Ok, I see what you mean with having all of them UnfinishedBulk in the same category. I, though, can't fix it because they don't exist in vanilla, something that you can try is to find if it already exists a mod that does these UnfinishedThingDef, the only thing I can fix (and I'll do it) is to create a new ThingDef for the UnfinishedBulk insted of using the UnfinishedComponent. I'm sorry for not being able to help you completely :BEgloomy:

Ok, I recreated the problem of recipes not showing up, you can easily fix this by re-ordering this mod before every other mod. For now you can do this, though I'm still gonna try to fix it ^^

@Septentrix Thanks for the feedback, I'm going to test the UnfinishedThing and see if it is possible.

@Vanquisher02 @Septentrix I think it is some mod incompatibility with multiple workstation that have the same recipe, I'll test it and fix it as soon as I can.

@KeiChan0215 Yeah, as I said in the Q&A, to fix a problem regarding the recipes, it created another to existing ones (because before it was fixed to be "Make", now it can also be "Cook" or "Smelt" to mantain coherence). I don't understand what do you mean with creating bulk, can you be more specific? (in the mod settings, as a bill, etc...)

In the mod settings, I can't create any bulk anymore as it is empty as heck, and on bills, it seems that the food bulk recipes I made are gone the rest on workbenches are good

I also seem to have the same problem as Vanquisher02 where almost none of the bulk recipes show up on vanilla work stations (except for Biofuel Refinery). They show up on all my modded work stations such as the aforementioned Vanilla Expanded Production buildings, Rimatomic's machining table and misc. robots++ Robotics Workbench.

@AlenDio recipes in mod setting still appear, no problem but not in workbench bill when making shroomfiber and refined shroomfiber they don't appear in tailoring bench,

however they appear in the large tailoring bench from VE, that strange

Thanks for the update, I greatly appreciate your work and this mod!

Unfortunately, I do have a small issue with all BulkUnfinishedThing being hauled to my unfinished component storage. Is there no way to have items like Food or Medicine to be categorized differently?

Once again, I do love the work you're doing so if it is not possible to separate the items it's fine.

Do you mean in the mod settings or in actually in the bills? If they disappeared in the mod settings it's strange, because this update didn't changed the way it is saved or loaded

Anyone else have issues with Chemfuel being made "with organics" and "with wood" both turning into "Make chemfuel X##" and since there is no distinction only one of them show up?

-Narrowed down the cause to making a bulk recipe for x10 items from another mod; the original recipe was only work:1- didnt change Work slider below 100% which should have made it work:10 but Im guessing it still caused some kind of issue. Other objects from that same mod worked fine; removed that recipe from the list and the menu closes no problem. Mod is Gas traps and Shells https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2012627964

Item I tried to 10x is the Sleep gas canister to any interested. -Dont do that unless you want the same issue. FIxed if you delete that recipe from the list

I noticed a bug where the menu for adding recipes doesnt close- either from clicking 'Close' or the X on the window. Only solution has been to force close the game, but strangely any recipes I added are still there once I reload. Pretty likely its due to the fact that I had my mod order changed around; and Im trying now to check through the mods files to make sure I didnt accidentally remove a mod whos recipes a bulk-version was made from (which is pretty likely too). Just a heads up though. Essential mod- Still gonna use it even if I have to force close every time. Ill just save first

Another suggestion: A slider for minimum crafting level to use the recipe.

That way there's another way to balance bulk recipes. So like making a 100 components might save some time and resources, but only pawns with 18 crafting can make them.

Suggestion: Ability to copy & paste settings.

Example, setting up multiple bulk bills for cutting stone (10x, 25x, 50x) etc and it would be nice to be able to copy the settings for 10x Granite and past them to 10x Slate.

Same if setting up multiple tailoring bills, would like to be able to just copy and paste from a previous bill to set it up.

I've spent about 90 minutes so far setting up a hundred different bills, and a copy + paste function is desperately needed for large scale orders.

Otherwise, 10/10 mod.

i think this mod may be incompatible with RIMMSqol, as i have modified recipes with it and the menu to make bulk recipes in this mod's settings has disappeared.

The problem disappeared after I opened the earlier save file. It may be because I was attacked by the enemy and caused the game error.

Will this update affect other mods? After updating my game I get an error and the control panel is completely missing.
In the past two days, only your mod in my mod list has conflicting updates.

I made a bulk recipe in the mod settings for Smokeleaf Joints. It shows up at the Crafting Spot, but not the Drug Lab. Any way to get it to show up at the Drug Lab?

@Zero probably it's an mod incompatibility because it works fine with me. If you can, try to see which mod from your mod list causes this and I'll fix it
