just stopping in to say how much i miss you Grunt. best way to play gates of hell :)

and @MarLo all good man completely understandable. hard to prioritize a free mod :D

i wonder if there's a version of the game this works with possibly? i don't know for sure if you can roll the game back or not though tbh haven't looked into it. either way after the great britain update having this again would be so cool haha

Hi! I hope this mod is still compatible with the new updates released for GOH! At the moment I'm not able to provide support because I have a lot to do. I'll update it if it is crashing the game or anything. Anyhow, I will continue to work on it when I've got the time for it again. (might be a few month)

The crash to desktop related to the t26 has been fixed. Also the first wave of reflection sounds has been added to the game. This is not finished. More weapons (all AT Guns, Mortar, Explosions) and all US Weapons will be featured later on. Also the sound mix is not done yet. However because it is a lot of work the first version is released and should work as intended.

Oh I don't at all think it's your responsibility to make your mod compatible with anything. I just hate the logic for conquest AI and wish I could change it alongside your mod hahaha.

Thanks MarLo. I do wish there was a mod that would let you chose the year you battle in and only that specific equipment. There was a mod like this before but you need to pay for it now. I have always hated the rush to the best tanks. Not sure if this has ever been thought about from you or other modders. But Either way great start to a great mod

@jlokau yes, the stat sheet (in the recruitment screen) just shows the wrong shell. The AP Shells will have their correct stats though. That is because what is loaded as default with the Panzer IV is the HE Shell (the first shell it has when it spawns in the game) and the screen shows you only the stats for the first loaded shell. This however will be fixed in the next update. You can still use the tank as intended, though. Just make sure you load the correct AP Shell before you engage an enemy tank which will be done automatically by the crew anyway. Greetings - Grunt Team.

@jlokau are you talking about the stat sheet in dynamic campaign? It might shows values for the wrong shell (HE shell) because HE is loaded on default. You can ignore that and I will fix this in the future.

Hi! Thanks for leaving positive feedback to the mod you all. Binocular distance will be worked on. Panzer 4 seem to have to correct ap values on my end. What exact model and what exact round are you refering to?

Compatibility would be nice, however there is a lot of work on the mod currently and I cannot promise anything. New update will come soon and it is a lot of work. If somebody can feel free to make it compatible with a third mod in the chain or something but let me know it. Greetings - Grunt Team.

Hey MarLo - quick question. First of all, absolutely love the mod. It's punishing and it's a blast to play. My question is, if I commissioned you to make your mod compatible with CEv2, would it be possible? I think using your mod with the fortifications and AI from CEv2 would be awesome. If only I had IAEM in harmony too it might be the best way to play the game hahaha. Let me know what's possible and how much it would cost, thanks for your hard work!

Great mod but view distance for binoculars I think should be further. And I aslo noticed in a panzer 4 had wrong pen values .. Something like 12mm on panzer 75mm long

Hi and thanks for showing interest in Grunt! Do you mean the range you can see in third person or the field of view cone which is also visible on the minimap? However, both of that is being worked on. It takes time, though. Movement, vehicles and standing soldiers are spottet further than the viewcone presents so don't let you disbelieve you cannot spot enemies behind the cone. Greetings, Grunt Team.

Hi! Thanks for showing interest in Grunt! Yes, it will work in singleplayer (dynamic conquest, skirmishes and campaign). However, it is not guaranteed that every campaign mission will work. Most of them however will work as they are tested.

Yes, the enemies and zones are not visible on the minimap!

I'm not sure its working correctly, but I have this mod, conquest rebalanced, BM mod, and infantry AI enhancement all enabled and man does the game feel good. Does it intentionally remove the flag on the map in conquest? or remove enemy from the minimap? because it's way more immersive now
