Did you activate speedrun mode? It significantly increases the challenge, but it's still doable. I don't recommend it for first playthroughs.
As for the weapons, I don't really feel that the guns are weak. The p2016 is fairly strong, and you can buy ammo at spawn. There are a few wall buy pistols up until the mystery box's spawn location, and The Kraber(5000 point sniper) is extremely powerful. I wanted to give an opportunity for people to save up and get it early.
The start of the map is close quartered and challenging. I recommend holding off in the spawn room as long as you can with the p2016 before moving on to the next area so you can buy a weapon before getting overrun.
If more comments about weapon damage/zombie health come up, I'll consider tweaking some stuff, but I honestly don't feel like it's an issue. If anything, I'd consider moving one of the wall pistols into the spawn room, but I'm not sure
In addition, zombies require a lot of bullets to be killed from the start of the game with guns not suited to the difficulty. Furthermore, I don't see the point of putting a 5000 point rifle in the 3rd zone. It's too expensive.
Put weapons appropriate to the difficulty or modify the resistance of the zombies at the start of the game. It's a shame because the map is really well done. But what I named spoils the experience of games.
The battery is separate from the parkour trials. You have to find the charging station (its the same model as the box where you got the dead battery, but in a different location) and feed it souls to charge. The charger box will have a blinking red light as well once you've obtained the dead battery.
For the reverse run trial, it ends mid air just before the entrance to the Gauntlet course. The last few jumps are tricky. With this trial, the portals aren't always facing the exact direction you have to go. Look carefully for the next portal as you move through the course. The portals also have a 3d ambient sound to help you locate them.
Hope this helps! I don't want to tell you exactly how to do it right away, but if you still can't quite get it, I could post a more comprehensive guide in the discussions section to avoid spoiling everything for anyone who reads this
Weather you are a fan of TitanFall or a Black Ops 3 custom map enthusiast, you will find there is much to enjoy and tons of Replay-ability. If the developer's of TitanFall get to experience this map, they would be astounded by the nearly 1:1 detail and simultaneously intrigued with the map-developer's creative spin on the game play.
This map cleverly marries the objectives of Black of 3 with the feel of playing Titan Fall. Overall, this map is a creative masterpiece that deserves praise and recognition, I absolutely loved playing it over and over again, and I hope more get to experience this wonderful creation.
