Report a translation problem
A workaround I found is to select another character in base to play as, then exit the map and re-enter the map and they will now be following you.

When you save and quit as another character, loading back into the game will automatically change your character back. However that other character will retain the light equipment slot.
If you repeat the above steps, you can add even more light equipment slot onto that character.
I now have a cat sister with 3 light slot... can you please write a fix to remove those additional slots? XD

@nah, I primarily use this mod to train followers in skills i want them to have and do not run into this issue, so it might just be related to that other mod (or something else) as you mentioned.
When you switch to a follower and attempt to learn feats, it shows the feat list exactly as it shows for your player character, meaning you cannot learn any feats your player character already has. Is there any way around this?
You need close and open inventory once equip toolbelt
