It could be experimental caused it because I played without scenario, and I got error continue or quit as well before it became public release. I haven't play after this yet.

I hope you'll find an easy solution, I know rebuilding from scratch will be a pain. Do what's best for you! (Fingers crossed it's an easy fix!)

Othar: I've been testing the scenario on Eleon's experimental code release, and I keep getting "Continue or Quit" errors when I start a new game. This is bad news, as the error message is generic. It doesn't tell me exactly what's causing the problem. I have to figure out why it's broken, then figure out how to fix it, then test it, and release a patch. Once experimental is done and the code is released as the new stable version, if I haven't fixed it by then, everyone will get error messages. I am hoping it's as simple as adding the new blocks/prefabs/entities/idmappings. If I can't figure it out, I may use this opportunity to rebuild the entire scenario from scratch, using the new code as a base.

So, uh, yeah. That's the news. :steamsad:

ARC HQ door on lvl 5 have lockcoded, there is numbers 3124 on the wall but they don't open the door, Where did I go wrong?

Thanks for the feedback, Cinna! Good points all around. That's what I need to hear: constructive feedback, to make the scenario better. Overall, this is my own little story that I'm writing, just for fun, inspired by the main game, Star Salvage, and RE. Creating this also helps me learn how the game works behind the scenes, which is another thing that I enjoy. I'm creating new content, then after I get that done, I'll go back and work on the bug list. (Creating is more fun than bug fixing!)

Othar: I worked on the next version for a while, then I took a break to play some other games. After working on it every day, sometimes 8-12 hours a day, I needed a break! I don't want to get burned out. :steamhappy: Good news is I'm back in it. There are some new things coming soon that I can't talk about yet. Stay tuned!

a month without update... :steamsad: so sad.. i know you do what you can on your free time... but ... BUT !!!! need my dose... btw, i hink the problem of the 'always use fuel' of the CV shield Addon need to be on top of your list.. this makes them virtually unusable

Feedback - Positive:
I really enjoyed the starter planet with all the amazing bases to fix. The POI's throughout the quests were very welcomed, a combination of it being beginner along with the armour & weapons felt fun to do, instead of being murdered with basic armour and basic weapons in a zirax poi.
Sarducci's was a breath of fresh air when it came to having a visually appealing trader as well.
I saw an interesting wrecked Cv I'd been thinking for many years while playing star salvage "I wish those/that was a wreck too!"
Overall I stand by saying it's well done. It has all been very well done.

Feedback - Negative:
Tier 2 Salvage Combo Tool & Tier 3 Salvage Combo Tool (from the item menu) is verry underwhelming when needing to plink away at something with high Hp.
Maybe there are traders I haven't found yet who sell standard Multi tool

Feedback - What I'd like to see:
Sv options, Long Range Warp Drive, Shield Capacitors, more Auto turrets, Oven, etc. the ability to have a Sv be able to warp around space, be a great fighter, be able to do things, but needing the Cv mothership to carry the heavy loads, or be a tank when needed with its hit point values per block vs a Sv once shields are down.

It feels like a modern Star Salvage in the making, and that's great. (Always wished star salvage crossed with reforged eden, with edens amazing planet variations, but star salvages salvage side)

yeah looks like some core categorization issues, you would probably have a better time reclassifying it to a similar item to the cpu compressors in salvage. btw how did you get the drone that looks like the fallout mister handy to not t pose all the time when moving?

Love your scenario, you've done an exceptional job.

My only gripe is that the Ashfall is at an extremely high pitch so not really enjoying the fighting in there.
Also doesn't help every time I get to it, it's sunk in the middle of the ocean and I have to deal with Zirax in water.

no clue how to get the tachyon cores to work properly, made the mistake of removing the pure heart core instead of the tachyon core first so now it breaks if I try to remove it XD

right?? and even a "select sphere or cubic area to be free of terrain* so you can rapidly not only make deep crashes of big ships but you can even easily carve out the main sections you want uncovered since the sand isn't filling everything. the amount of object based stories you can make with stuff like that is insane.

Thanks kansasterry. The Ashfall was tricky. I had to configure it a certain way, so that it appears nose-first in the ground, at an angle. This means I had to convert it to a base, and give it a fixed location, in order to get it to work without bouncing everywhere and collapsing. That also means that it can spawn in different biomes at different elevations. Sometimes under a mountain. Sometimes in a lake. There's probably a better way to do it.

looks good so far as for the burried ashfall spawns some zirax below ground.

I have seen some other poi that use a block I think its called filler to make odd shapes the squarish shape needed to remove ground inside while keeping the ground outside where these blocks are put.it might be a solution to the issue. seen them on some of the talon structures I loaded in creative mode.

@Fylas: The trade arcology isn't setup yet. The only things that are ready are Retten, Sauver, and Kurtarma is a WIP.
@Othar: It's a trader POI. Anything you shoot in it will upset the Traders.

in Sarducci storage POI. you get minus point toward trader faction when you kill the security bots (big and small) .. is it normal ?

I did discover one problem. At the burried ashfall the Zirax are spawning below ground as well as above and shooting me from under ground where I can't get to them.

i know this is more or less 'normal' but it's always strange to remove a side thruster from an HV ( named 'Zyrax pulse laser turret (HV/SV) ', and or to look in your inventory to a 'thruster M (HV) ' that you can upgrade to a 'zyrax pulse laser' LOL :D
