2. I could increase bomb radius a bit. Ground units will always be able to hit them. That is how the game works
3. This mod is not balanced, the core idea was to make them overpowered in the first place
For planes bomber attack radius needs increased somewhat and ground units shouldn't be able to attack them.
Scout snipers may need a nerf though, 1 squad is probably the most ridiculously overpowered unit on the battlefield so that's probably going to effect 1942.
