I like everything about this. Being nit-picky, the zipper looks oddly blue? It's fantastic as it is, but that zipper color looks odd compared to others in game.

Absolutely love this, but I would personally keep the team color uniform between the top parts of the shirt and sleeves. I also would prefer the default team color above value of teamwork, just for keeping in line with snipers other miscs. Paint regions are perfect and should not be changed at all.

9/10 Would main sniper if added.

No real reason to change the team color to a dark value of teamwork. Just make it normal team color.

You should use brown insted of gray on the red version. The blu looks fine.
