Likely I forgot to fix it when I was setting up the AMRAAM, this mod isn't my main focus right now as I've rolled it into the next version of changing fronts

AMRAAM's as they currently are coded, are beyond useless. I did several tests and they can't seem to hit anything at all, specially fighters.

I modified the parameters of the missile and the CircularErrorRadius seems to be the problem: It uses the stats of the vanilla AIM-54A, which is extremely inaccurate against small aircraft. In reality the AMRAAM is considerably more accurate against small aircraft than the Phoenix.

I really can't say what would be a balanced number but its current implementation is certainly not it.

I'll go ahead and double check both missiles, they have worked on my end but ofc I could have messed up some code somewhere. I know that Active Radar Missiles have been bugged even in base game so that could be part of the Aim-120 issue

STARM still isn't working for me. tested against the SHRIKE which engaged at max range a saw signature at +2 NM from max range. STARM didn't see signature at all and i was intercepted at 12 NM while on the deck. Tested in both F4 and A6.

This is currently just a database meant to be used by other mods, the AAM-3, AA-10, and AA-11 are in use in my other mod, where this mod has the Seekbat on the F-15 and F-4J, along with the AMRAAM being on the 15

I reuploaded the mod just now to try and fix the issue, AGM-122 and AGM-78 to be coming soontm (likely later today with the AIM-9M)

I tried a new patch for changing fronts but it foes not work because only the aim-97a are in these files

@Dex assuming that I didnt screw up the upload, they should be in the files as the "wp_aa-10a" and "wp_aa-11" However my other mod that im currently working on has them on my custom MiG-23, and that is currently published.

Where can I find the R-27 and the R-73 in the game/mod files? I'd like to add them to the Yak-38 or the naval MiG-23 but all I see in the mod files in the AIM-97A.

Sidearm for the harriers could be a nice addition, though a little more modern from late 80s. They have a "SEAD" loadout, but just CBUs aren't really SEAD.

Gmoney, feel free to if youve done it, I am still working on some new stuff for this (such as the R-73) but thatll be usable only with a seperate mod that adds in some new aircraft. Really this is going to move to be a database of custom weapons ive made for use in other mods to keep it as compatible as possible

How did you get the missile names in game? When I try to implement a new missile, I always get MISSING TEXT in the bottom bar. I added the new ini file to the ammo_names.ini

yeah I get that, it is language_en files, it is a aim-9m AGM-84D for air and a bunch of missiles for surface ships

I unfortunately do not know what files are edited by NTU otherwise I would make this to be compatible with that aswell.

Dont worry about the AAM-3 thats been added, thats partially for testing, but I do plan to make it usable in the future, just with a different mod :)

I gave it 6 hours before there were weapons mods, Close enough haha. Looking forward to trying this. Can't wait for more ships and aircraft from people.
