Thank you for your work on this!

A question:

Whenever I press "Start", the Race tokens are shuffled, but something goes wrong and 2-3 rightmost stacks are getting scattered - sometimes some tokens are even falling off the table :) Any chance I'm doing something wrong here?

Thanks again!

Dear Jordi Morera, thank you very much for your comment. This behavior of ring track is designed by game creators. So that both sides have exactly the same path to go: 14 steps.

Hello everybody - is there a Discord server for finding some players?

Thank you for creating this awesome mod, Andy! I've just discovered the game thanks to it and I just love it. It is very well done and I really appreciate the effort of polishing it to make it even better! We found an issue with the Ring track automation when playing on a Mac. When you move forward the Fellowship token with the button, the first half of the track (behind the token) moves forward with it. I think it is because the Fellowship token and that half of the track seem to be a single piece. (The nazgul token works all right). However, we tried the game on my niece's laptop using Windows and it worked flawlessly as intended.

Fixed an issue with automation. The problem was in the second layer of '<' '>' buttons which I used in order to design a shadow. Anyway, now it works flawlessly.

Thank you for your comments! Let me know if you notice more issues.

Thank you for making this mod! I own the physical game and it's quickly become one of my favourites. One thing that doesn't seem to be working quite right at the moment are the ring track < > buttons. They seem to work only 25% of the time. The rest of the time, nothing moves.

Latest update includes:

- one button for all the stages of the game;
- locked different elements for smoother gameplay;
- nicer buttons design for automated elements.

Good luck and have fun!

Thank you very much for nice comments again!

Minor update:
- changed landmark tiles layout;
- swapped gold counters (Fellowship is now on the lefthand side)

There is solo mode variant of the rulebook published on BGG. What do you think, does it worth efforts to implement this variant here?

My friends and I played three games, and we had each of the three victory conditions come up—it was such an awesome experience! The mod is absolutely flawless, and it made the gameplay super smooth and enjoyable. Huge thanks to everyone involved for all the effort and detail you put into this. It really brought the game to life for us!:steamthumbsup:

cards for transparency.
layout zone: the current behavior has its pros and cons I suppose. not sold entirely on it yet, put it has potential.
so, you have put Sauron on the left, as some have requested...
this is heresy! in my eye (not his). Sauron starting in the West :steamfacepalm: never, ever.

Of course, you are right! Sorry for not mentioning you. My main description is now edited accordingly.
I wonder how have you made transparent tokens for the Ring track?
As for layout zones, my idea was to sort cards by color so that all available powers were clearly seen.

Thank you very much for your comments! This has helped me a lot to fix some bugs.

Latest update includes:
- Counters for gold;
- The Shire and The Grond promo tiles are getting shuffled into the landmarks tiles deck after initial setup as per corresponding rulebooks;
- physics of Nazgul+Hobbit tracker is changed and now in accordance with a real-world tokens;
- no grid snapping, so warriors placement is not an issue anymore;
- shuffling of chapter decks is on.

Thanks for your work on the mod. Here are some things I've found:

-When setting up, the chapter decks isn't randomized, therefore every setup is the exact same, when they should be random

-The Nazgul+Hobbit tracker isn't connected. So when the hobbits move the nazgul should always be the same amount behind him, however since they're disconnected you have to move both of them at the same time. If you look at the french mod, they did a good implementation of the track.

-This is really minor, but the circles for the ring track aren't transparent, so you have to take a glance before you place the figure down to see if you get anything for it

-No promo landmarks, they can be imported from the french mod

-There are weird snapping points on the warriors sometimes they'll stack onto each other. I'm not even sure if a snapping point is needed for them, so easy enough to turn them off in the toggles setting

-You have grid lines on, which makes it not very pleasing to the eye.

Hey ! Thank you so much for your mod !
Do you think it will be possible to add a counter instead of the coins ? :BEheart:
Andy Balance  [author] Nov 7, 2024 @ 2:33am
Hi there! This is what I did:

1. Created custom shaped tokens with pngs.
2. Flipped them over and applied decals with backside images on the back sides of tokens.

Easy )

learning TTS modding here: how did you manage to have tokens with a different back (than the front)?
