this mod is almost perfect, the only thing that is missing, in my opinion, is a fox statue like the other critters, so I can have them passively be summoned with timers!

@Pixus please feel free to work on a fox pet, you can reuse my assets (with credit) if you want that and I would happily link your mod on this page if you create a pet but I would like this to be a seperate mod

@Camiska Have you thought about maybe handing the torch to someone else? I could try my hand at adding a pet at some point, but right now I'm unsure when that'd be.

yeah pet foxes are not currently planned, I tried making one a while back, but struggled with making smallerm good looking sprites and didn't like the idea of the pets being that big - also I'm currently focussed on other things in my life (im writing a PHD) and don't have that much time for more terraria/tmodloader modding :(

@Hotklou it should do that,
the latest update should restore normal critter bestiary addition to the normal foxes while keeping the vicious and corrupt fox to have the data added after slain enough times.
I think this should have fixed the loading time issue as well

Does Vile Powder and Vicious Powder turn normal foxes into evil foxes? In the base game, those powders can turn normal Bunnies, Penguins and Goldfish into their evil, hostile versions.

This is really cool! Have you thought about adding any more critters to the game? I've always wanted to see ferrets or weasels, and they'd make a great town pet that could come after bunnies!

The spawn of the fox is a bit weird, i would suggest to improve the spawn only in certain areas, And watch were can spawn, because they can spawn on every place while is not the space and underground, Reduce the chances of spawn is other good option to watch. They look very common and during the blood moon they spawn a lot.
