If you can find free electricity source, then this is good for a realistic start. I already laid out the airport and the seaport.

Well, the island has two towns irl, that seems doable. I'll do it when I have the time.

Please could you make a version of the island divided in half by the NATO border, there are no divided island maps on the workshop yet and it would be interesting
