@unless specifically stated Nuln can now recruit the unit

You can just add it to wh3_dlc25_group_elspeth in units_to_groupings_military_permissions_tables and it will work fine, no DLC requierment needed.

@deathtrooper900 if i had to take a guess its because of Nuln having slightly different culture to that of the Empire. If i do update it to work with Nuln's culture i would need to list the DLC as a part of the dependencies and it would be required because Guns of The Empire also requires it due to its Nuln Gunnery School integration also it is far outside of my capabilities as a modder

For some reason I can't get this unit to be recruit-able.
Playing as Elsbeth- fully Leveled Up Nuln with max forge.
( I am using Guns of the Empire and some other unit mods. I've never seen one unit mod prevent another from recruiting but thats the only thing i can think of. It IS in the unit browser though so its in the game somewhere)
