Hi. I've got VE furniture (including spacier) and i can't find advanced types of beds. There is only simple one and right click only allow to pick material and not the type of bed. Same for many other furniture.

Seems to be incompatibility with drag-sorting, when I build an object coming from a sub-menu while I changed its category, it disappears and returns to his vanilla category

This mod seems to be able to let you build things you do not have researched if other items in the category are normally behind the inital item.

For example, if you start out as a tribe and you can only build slab beds, instead of it just showing "slab bed" and no sub menu item, it show normal beds and then when you click on it to select what you want to build it offers only slab bed.

However if you just dont click slab bed and click to build, you will be able to build normal beds.

Hopefully i made that explanation as straightforward as possible. Ty and love the mod.

@Billo J Dahka For some reason MO defined each of those ingot piles individually instead of just making it stuffable (for example, "iron ingot stack (1x1)" and "gold ingot stack (1x1" are two separate defs, instead of one stuffable "ingot stack(1x1)"), so unfortunately I can't do that.

This mod messes up ferny category mods, a lot of the grouped items default to the furniture tab instead of their respective category (ex: ergonomic/simple beds not being in bedroom anymore)

hey would you mind adding the metal bars storage as a grouped item from Medieval Overhaul? the wood, plank, and stone bricks are already an option but the medal bars aren't.

Complete bullshit, if I need a research table and it's located next to the end of the screen, THEN I CAN'T SELECT IT BECAUSE I'M COMPLETELY BLOCKED BY WHAT MATERIALS I CAN CREATE AN OLD RESEARCH TABLE FROM. There is a bug where if you don't have all items from group available due to research, e.g. only "Simple Research Bench", you cannot pick the stuffable. If you use dev mode to finish all reasearch and have both research tables available, you can pick the stuffable normally.

I misread Athena, my issue seems to related to VFE "Simple Bed" not the default single bed, and like pretty much all things Rimworld, I expect it to be some sort of mod conflict somewhere.

I removed this and float sub menus, booted up and saved then reapplied the mods and it seems to be working again now, so maybe it was a load order issue with something :lunar2019coolpig:

@Kev Weird, I'm not seeing this issue at all. If the Pain is Virtue meme or the Slab bed: Preferred precept is active (which you need to build them in the first place), they are not grouped and I am able to build both just like vanilla. I recommend making a thread in #troubleshooting of the Rimworld discord since it is likely a mod conflict.

I can't group them with regular beds since defs are loaded on game start, and since slab beds have the <canGenerateDefaultDesignator>false< tag, the patch wont actually be applied. It is only when you load into a game with the precept that the game "unlocks" it and puts it in the architect menu.

I have the same problem as @~_Athena_~ , new colony, Simple Bed is shown on the toolbar at first but when you click the only option is Slab Bed as if Simple Bed is hidden, it's not btw, double checked that.

I found a small bug, if you own Vanilla Furniture Expanded and start as a trival, the bed appears by default when it is not researched and can be built

I would love the Eccentric Furniture to be supported... With this mod, some of the beds are not grouped. I can only build wooden smart beds.

I'm also unsure now. Sorry for late answer, i slept.
While having this mod in a modpack under the conditions described below, i definitely saw an error "Performance fish is inactive", it happened yesterday. However, today - after seeing your message, obviously, i decided to change mod order (aka put float menu BELOW fish), there's no such error. Wonders of rim, i guess. Sorry for false detection, and if it's now false but rather "rare", i'll be sure to attach a log next time it happens.

@os I know it's cliche but uh... it works on my end.

Here is the load order I used. Fish patches are still applied and I see no indication saying otherwise. I also use it with fish on my regular saves with ~150 other mods and I've yet to see that happen. Can you give some more details?

After a little investigation, i found out that
1. If your mod is inactive, only float menu active, then fish works corretly.
2. If your mod is active, and float menu placed ABOVE performance fish, it works correctly.
3. If your mod is active, and float menu placed UNDER performance fish, it doesn't works.

Hello, just notifying - so you know. Your mod is incompatible with performance fish. Having it in modlist causes performance fish to not work at all. Having only float menus works fine, so it's definitely related to this mod.

Is there a specific load order needed for this mod to work with Replace Stuff? Buildings are being grouped as they should (I.e.: Double Bed, Royal Bed, etc. all together) but for some reason I can't hover over to choose what stuff to use?
