Fox County and Montana maps/Marble county are buggy. If you landscape the map at anypoint. The map textures will be messed up and you WILL get visual artifacts all over your screen which WILL ruin your save. And there is no way of fixing it other than loading a much previous save.

I stopped using them because of that. Its just not playable

Every map in this workshop is 20x20 km. The only different ones ever made were Fox country and marble county made by lex, which were 30x30 and 60x60 km. He himself developed heavy modding scripts as an experiment and those maps were launchable, though playthrough on them had unfixable bugs/glitches. Go look at it and read more in their description ;)

can you not have a bigger heightmap and the mapo gets bigger as well? I saw a map - Murmansk I think - that was ridiculously large. It was hard to even move once over the whole map with the arropw keys

Yes, Its too bad the maps sizes are so limited. But well done on the overall design and placement of roads. its a great map honestly

In reality iti s larger, I need to scale it down 1:3 so it fits the game 20x20 limits ;)

I really like it. It is quite small, which can be challenging.
But it is a brilliant idea for an Island nation.

Cant see the map in game.
Could you fix it. You have to ho to your WIP in game that you made and then, press import terrain. After that you save the map and then exit the editor then upload the WIP again.

Rule of thumb, if the file is only a few kb in size, you haven't actually uploaded the map yet.

The map files should be on the workshop item. Check your workshop_wip folder.
