i tested it on a dedicated server and it works just as i hoped.
no longer do people with weaker computers need to wait for the server-sided blood cleaning to take effect. which is usually set to 3days+ .
the player can do it himself now, great mod :)
server do have a setting to clean blood after X amount of days yes, but you cant speed up the process, you have to wait X amount of days until it happens.
if you happen to be involved in a large scale blood bath and your performance goes out the window, there is not much you can do about it.
even if you change server setting 'after', hoping for an instant cleaning because server settings only applies to 'new' corpses/blood after the new settings have been confirmed.
your mod could potentially remedy that.
especially useful on servers you do not control IF the blood cleaning happens locally.
hope i made sense :)
@Turbotowns Body decay is in game mechanic that u can set in sandbox settings to how much time you want i think standard is like 9 days
its so surreal like no defined edges
and violent shades of red and broken glass
my friends brother was
No need to be a dick about it though. We all make mistakes sometimes.
Cleaning blood every 3days is for far distance blood?
