the issue has been resolved on our end it was founded that the files were corrupt for unkown reason so after repairing the mod it is fixed

I launched Arma 3 with these mods in this order:
- CBA_A3
- JCA - Infantry Arsenal
- SCAR Weapon Family (JCA Expansion)
- JCA - Infantry Arsenal Compat Ace3
From very basically the vanilla VIRTUAL ARSENAL, i selected the M107A1 (Sand) and i have all JCA magazines: screenshot in-game .

Have you the same result ? Is it the same thing for you ?

I don't understand why this mod breaks something, nothing relative to the M107A1 in it.
Could you try in this order ?
- CBA_A3
- JCA - Infantry Arsenal
- SCAR Weapon Family (JCA Expansion)
- JCA - Infantry Arsenal Compat Ace3

Soo after loading cba, jca_ia, and this compat so the issue i have found is
scar weapon family JCA expention mod is breaking this mod

If you launch Arma 3 with "CBA", "JCA_IA" and this compat only, in this order, what happens exactly, have you the same issue ?

when using the mod i am not able to use M107 mags from JCA where it does not show up in arsenal

You don't understand what means "Add" ?
Try it, it's free. If you are not happy with it, remove it, nothing complicated.

You misunderstood me. I know what ace advanced ballistics is. But okay. So if I don't use Ace Advanced Ballistics, I don't need this add-on either. Thank you.

If you don't use the advanced ballistics, you play like the vanilla game (with wind eventually if enabled via ACE3 options).
If the advanced ballistics are enabled with ACE3 options (disabled as default), you play with an external and internal ballistic more elaborate, taking into account atmospheric conditions, earth effects for example.

you can use this addon as you want, with or without ACE3,
with or without the advanced ballistics, no problem.

-With ACE3 Scope option "Enable ACE Scope Adjustment" disabled -> vanilla system.
-With ACE3 Scope options "Enable ACE Scope Adjustment" enabled and "Simplified zeroing" enabled -> vanilla system.

I will take a look to the ACE3 subfolder for scope, i think it would be possible to have all scope possibilities, advanced, simplified and vanilla.

Yeah I see now. It seems the scopes currently lack ace simplified zeroing functionality but work fine with normal mils adjustment mode.

JCA high powered optics have ace scopes functionality, take a look to GitHub [github.com].
If issues:
- Try with the required mods only: CBA, ACE and JCA IA.
- Check ACE Scope options (should be as default).
- Check your keybinds.

Using the "skipWhenMissingDependencies" feature, you could also just put this compat PBO into the main JCA mod, then people don't need to download an extra mod just for the compat.

mass=8; = vanilla mass of vanilla 30Rnd_556x45_Stanag simply because ACE3 doesn't update mass magazines.
This compat takes into acompte "mass" of each weapons, scopes, silencers, magazines and cartridges.
A 5.56 steel magazine is heavier than a polymer magazine, a 5.56x45 Mk262 77gr magazine is heavier than a M193 55gr magazine.

Is it possible to create a separate version with the magazines weighted to be more in line with the already existing magazines for Arma? Even the normal ACE magazines that have the custom ammunition only weigh 0.80 lbs for the 5.56 magazines.

The compat breaks JSRS 2025 AiO Compat for 5.56 weapons.

I just tried the M115A3, HPPO and AP (and all other ammos) at 2000m without issue.What is exactly your problem ?

I'm having trouble hitting anything with the "M115A3 .338 LM" rifle with ".338 LM 5rnd AP Mag". No matter if I use the Arma3 vanilla zeroing or the ACE zeroing I can't hit any targets.
