@Tedster - Yes, I know that. But Res & Dev doesn't show research either.

the Requiem weapons are now in the Res & Dev building, not Tygan.

@Tedster - Not sure what is going on but before your mod, I was able to research requiem aliens using Tigan, but now I can't do any research on them. Am I missing something. Playing Tedjam.

This mod doesn't touch the spawnlists at all for Requiem Legion.

In my more recent play throughs I have not been getting very many requiem units showing up on missions (maybe 1 or 2 rarely). Is there possibly a config problem?

I'm doing pretty good so far I have Tedjam, Modjam, Long War 2 all the technologies from long war 1 tons of perk/class packs and about 800+ mods to rebalance the game make research critical to the games progress and a crap ton of armor customizations, weapons and weapon addons. no issues so far except for the cutscene where mox joins you was a bit clippy and glitchy.
