Also, the reason those custom houses are not on the map border is that, well, it is an Island, and i didnt want Novorepnoye to be unavailable to build in by default. I imagine it as a forein shipping company that loads and unloads goods for you in the harbour with their own ships, so that you can just bring it to the harbour

BTW, I didnt consider that the default freight harbour cannot unload vehicles and containers, and was suprised about that while playtesting. However, im not sure about replacing it just now, because it might be an incentive to build a better harbour later in the game upon unlocking containers <3
