The number 9 seems to be Meters Per Second rather than knots, so it does about 17-18 knots

Really nice ship. Does it actually go to 20 knots though? Putting the throttle levers to 1.00 seems to only put out 9 knots at the most.

((Search and destroy DLC is also needed))

i spawned the ship, sailed it out to deeper water then activated the sink button. 2hrs 30 mins later and the bow hasn't even gone under water, for some reason it wont fully sink

Mostly just the livery from Poseidon - If I do manage to add a sinking and more interior it'd be for the canon lore of the ship.
Engine rooms or Capsize escapes will be difficult because of lag and performance, but I do like having options to mess around with these kinds of ships - Must like the Edisto II
