Could you make a mod where the AI only recruits shogunal and imperial line infantry units, cavalry with carbines, cannons and Gatling guns, in the navy the AI also recruits English, French and US battleships and adds historically accurate bayonets for all factions?

@Giliath: I have no idea unfortunately, I have zero knowledge of modelling, haha. Only thing changed here are textures.
