The Zoat and Dragon reskins came as an update to the mod and were not included in the original. When mods are updated, steam sometimes doesn't do a good job of reloading the file.

the unsubscribe trick worked, everything is loading now.

the workshop on steam is kinda buggy when it comes to loading certain skin mods i guess

I just loaded up the mod as it's currently uploaded to steam and all units appear as expected. It is either a mod conflict, or an outdated mod on your end.

I recommend unsubscribing and resubscribing to force a redownload of the mod and manually pushing this to the top of your load order.

The Zoats and Dragons are not loading the skins in the screenshots, this mod probably needs a update to whatever the newest game version is

Still working the unit pack but opportunity to mod has been far and few. An update to Orion is on my list of things I'd like to do at some point.

If you like the Eternal wood elves reskin of him, then loading my mod after that mod should give you my units with his Orion reskin.

I swapped to the performance patch and that seemed to fix it. Never had this problem before, not sure what the problem was exactly.

I haven't had much opportunity to play WH3 recently, but I have never experienced the bug you are describing with or without mods. My initial conclusion is that it's something related on your end perhaps with another mod.

Heyhoi! I've run into an issue with this gorgeous mod; fighting land battles with this mod enabled causes the infamous combat freeze, where the game completely freezes except for audio and camera.

I'm not sure if it is an mod incompatibility on my end or another weird graphical issue, but I just thought I'd let you know.

this is such an incredible mod, far and away the most on-target and beautiful faction roster in the entire game, not just reskins!!

I haven't adjusted any of the legendary lords. If you load this mod after Eternal Wood Elves, then you should get the best of both worlds.

Screenshots are awesome, I like my WEF to look armoured for war and this seem to do it similar to Eternal Wood Elves reskin which I've been using for donkey's years. However this seem to give them that forest dweller feel which I love.

Still to try it, but on a trip atm. Did you also touch upon Orion or the other main vanilla LL and LH? I would like to retain Orion more armoured as in Eternal Wood Elves.

This is truly remarkable work, thank you for putting in the time and effort and sharing this, Asrai are my favorite faction and it's so nice to see them get some love. This will be the first time I DON'T use Eternal Wood elves in a wood elf game XD

@Daelin - Not all of the screenshots are mine, but for my ones I used Reshade with colour and sharpness tweaks plus the big aDOF setting for the focused images. Admittedly, these shots have also had some tweaks in Photoshop to make contrast and colours pop better, but they still look amazing in-game before any editing with the reshade settings.

Check out 'Matthew's Reshade Preset' for a good preset configuration that I used as the baseline :steamthumbsup:

Thank you for the kind words. I don't plan on doing reskins for SFO or other modders unit packs as I think it degrades their vision of the unit. My adjustment to Mixu's shadowdancer is very minor as it mostly just adds additional foliage to her outfit and her general design is not compromised.

With that said, I have a Wood Elf unit pack in development and while I don't plan on doing SFO content specifically, anyone will be welcome to balance and port that content over to SFO.

First of all wow, these look gorgeous, both the ingame models, and the unit cards. You probably got this question a lot before but would you ever be willing to cover the new wood elves units from the SFO mod? Regardless, awesome work, having a blast using it.

I understand there is a language barrier. I appreciate you trying your best to clarify the request.

I think those mods look pretty good as is and don't really require any reskin. I am glad you're enjoying the mod, so keep a look out for my unit pack coming out soon. It expands on both male and female units rosters and it currently includes a total of 14 units or so. I hope you will be a massive fan of that as well.

Sorry maybe i can express myself well, i'm not english. I was asking if would be possible to add Male variants only for in unit like shadowdancers and wardancers. I just see Female in the variety of the Wardancers unit. like this mod:

That mod already adds male variants, so I am not understanding the request.

In the unit pack I am developing there will be an elite variant of the wildwood rangers for a higher tier male martial infantry.

That is Photoshop expertise provided by Frank. If you manually push this mod to the top of your load order it should resolve the issue you're describing.

How did you get the starfire, hagbane, etc. icons to show up on the unit cards? I can't find them as a separate .png for the life of me! I'm using the Wood Elves Enchanted Arrow Upgrades mod, and it's replacing your unit cards with the ones from that mod. I'd rather make a set of yours with the icons added to them!

In addition to the glowing effects, this mod adds a substantial amount of foliage to the neck and head area compared to vanilla. I don't have a desire to publish a submod to remove the glowing effects, however, anyone is welcome to create and publish an alternative appearance.

This isn't a compatibility patch I can do on my end, so you'll need to reach out to the mod author. With that said, you can do this on your own end rather trivially as you need to only adjust a few lines of text in his mod. This is done using the RFPM modding tool.

You need to the copy/paste the body and antler text blocks from my mod located below in RFPM:

variantmeshes/variantmeshdefinitions/wef_great_stag.variantmeshdefinition

And copy/paste that into his mod overwriting the "body" block located below in RFPM:

variantmeshes/variantmeshdefinitions/loupi_priest_kurnous_stag.variantmeshdefinition

Reach out to me on discord if you require further assistance.

I found a weird incompatibility with Loupi's unit mod The Twelve Realms - Wood Elves . There's a cavalry unit called "Priests of Kurnous" (kind of a ROR Great Stag Knights unit) in that mod, when use with this reskin mod together, they are missing their staghorn. Hope to know how could this happened, and is there a way to fix it? Or does it require a compatible patch?
I really love this mod, and thanks for all your work!

As mentioned previously, Frank volunteered a lot of his time to create these unit cards, so I have no current plans to author a sub mod for unit cards.

If you reach out to me on discord, I can teach you how to disable them on your end locally, you could even publish afterwards. It is incredibly trivial and no real modding knowledge is needed.

Anyone reading this comment also has permission to publish a vanilla unit card sub-mod.

Absolutely love this mod ....... i really hope you do other factions reskins and make them all look war ready .... personally I think The HE really need a good redo ....... no more skirts/dresses and harder looking battle worn armor ...... I agree there are some nice mods out there but I think they need to more like this mod :) x anyways rant over..... loving the mod 😍
