WARNING

For some obscure reason that I couldn't identify (and so coudln't fix), starting a campaign with the Dwarves is very likely to crash, if one the two oplional mod ("slow pace building" or "Global caps").
Unfortunately, they don't work for a new campaign with the Dwarves, and they cannot be enabled later, they also crash the game if enabled, when loading a save for a Dwarve campaign.

This is only for the Dwarves, all other races seem to be working normally with the optional mods enabled at start.

The main mod necessary for this is not yet updated. I'm working on it, it should be ready in a new days. Update is working on my computer, but I'm working on a few more icons for Ogres before I can push it to Steal workshop

I use the assembly "SWO-RD for WH3 full collection with banners". When this mod is enabled, the game crashes during startup. The problem appeared after the last update of the mod.

Skaven added. To avoid unbalance, this week I plan to add the other races to the global cap system, even if they don't have a regional recruitment yet.
I'll update them later when they get regional recruitment
