I notice you mentioned you just updated to incldue patches for Vanilla Ideology Expanded, but I'm still getting these errors. I unsubscribed and resubscribed. Haven't found if it actually causes issues yet, so it could be harmless errors.
and when I am not wrong the Problem is that

Then it'd still keep the strategy of maintaining roles whilst still allowing them to contribute to your colonies productivity when needed, or if their skill is high enough it's worth the morale penalty.
