That's i think there to overwrite any potential modifications from my mod so that EAI settings have priority. But obviously Kondi is a MUCH bigger modder than myself, he knows best :)

Also my mod does nothing at all with GER decisions (you can see if you look at the mod folder, no GER file under decisions) so it's pretty strange to me...

Actually Expert AI just made compatible with this mod. So that if you enable only EAI my mod will not function in any way. Is the problem still persists then?

They should not declare on the Soviets as long as they fight anyone in their own home area or any faction (Allies) member fighting anyone (not just Axis) in the enemy's home area.

Turkey will declare war on the Soviet union if Turkey is in the Allies, even while the allies are still fighting the Axis. It's really bad.
