We have an incompatibility with Vehicles Framework, it looks like RimDark is overwriting some texture related stuff

I am getting a cross reference error, anyone know how to fix this?

Could not resolve cross-reference to RimWorld.CultureDef named BEWH_ImperiumCulture (wanter=allowedCultures)

Seems like adding this to my current game breaks the ui and drops it to a constant 18 fps.
Guess i'll save it for a new game later.

@eyev Same same I had to totally unsub from framework then resub as if it's a diff version then my game loaded fine. My Map is saved!!! :praisesun:

Seconding what SurrelBeetle said. But disabling and reenabling didnt work for me, I unsubbed and resubbed and was able to save my colony.

Had an issue when loading up the mod today, red lines showed up on game bootup and loading in a normal save failed as well. Simple solution from my end: Opened up Mod list, moved Rimdark - Framework from the left side to the right side, put it directly above the Rimdark mod, let the game reboot itself, and had no issues with red text on startup and was able to load into my last save. The new weapons look interesting, cheers.:steamthumbsup:

Verify files to make sure both mods get updated properly.
The frameworkd PackageId changed due to neccesity so it will say that the framework is being added and removed - dont worry about that it doesnt matter.

Only thing that are potentially broken are weapons due to the changes needed to get them to work, make new ones or spawn new ones in should be fine.

If you have any other problem use the discord, more people are active and looking there ready to help.

the patch is broken. it now show on mod add on and remove on loading screen. Maps is no longer playable.

the today patch broke it, older save with rimdark mods enabled said RimDark 40k - Framework cannot be found anymore, even if I try to re-enable it or redownload it

hi, i have some little problem when i do something with my armor like painting etc game drop FPS direct but when i drop this armor from my pawn game works corectly, when i start my armor color is white and game work fine but when i make it black or something then FPS drops come back

@Martenzo Astartes Vehicles was updated to 1.6, though some things are not working properly in the Vehicle Framework, so some of our features had been stripped off for now.

@turtleshroom This mod adds generic xenotypes for Thunder Warriors, Firstborn, Primaris, Custodes and Primarcs, but lacks the chapter-specific xenotypes of MIM. I would say between the two of them, this mod also has a better implementation of Space Marine creation that plays nicer with vanilla Genemodding, the VE framework, and other mods. One feature of RimDark's predecessor that MIM never had as far as I know is Astrates Vehicles, but they haven't been ported over to the new 1.6 framework yet.

That said, MIM itself is actually compatible with Rimdark, recognises Rimdark Astartes genotypes for most of its mechanics and I believe MIM also disables some of its own janky astartes creation mechanics if it detects RimDark. I've been running both without much issue since 1.6.

Also, MIM weapons and armor are significantly more powerful than those of RimDark, which can be frustrating when you run into whole swarms of Melta-armed spiderbots in ruins.

So I'm running into an issue where I'm unable to launch a new game with this loaded.

I do not know if its the VE Framework, or this mod/mankinds finest. After 8 hours of troubleshooting running only Harmony, VE Framework and this/Mankinds finest I can safely its the culprit for me.

Fresh install of Rimworld, redownloading, nothing fixed it. Any ideas?

How does this Mod compare to the MIM Mod series? That Mod adds dozens of Xenotypes versus yours adding Chaos Cultists and a few Space Marines in the V1.5 version.

you all know I had to try.
Because I am the ONE.

I could load my map and the factions got added but the UI and Framerate was gone

But thats normal, the first 4 weeks after a release is getting the Mods back together, before I really can play the game.

It kinda sucks that we can't add this midgame. Most people started a new colony on Odyssey launch and this got added to the workshop 3 days after. It is fine but anoying, I will 100% add it when I start a new colony.

When I try adding this to an existing game it refuses to load my save, just crashes back to the main menu. ( Log [gist.github.com])
And when I try testing with a minimal mod list, it will load, but there's no UI . ( Log [gist.github.com])
