Danger Close is currently and mysteriously bugged it seems. You can manually give yourself the achievement by going into this folder :
GarrysMod\garrysmod\data\temporalassassin\achievements
Find the shatter_coat_ .txt files and opening shatter_coat_1_progress.txt and replace the number with "60". Then make a new .txt "shatter_coat_1.txt" and just type 'gottem' in it. It'll require a change of map OR reloading the game for the change to come into effect but it should give you that achievement. Note : Yes this can be used for EVERY achievement if you know the .txt names.
Inside the folder itself should be materials, models, gamemodes, sounds, etc. Just put the folder containing those into Addons.
@joon208 Got a specific map name this is happening on?
If you start a new campaign or a fresh level set you will be set back to the default weapons and resources for that map set.
You don't get to keep everything forever unless its a permanent upgrade like a Weapon/Coat/Ability Unlock.
HL2 wasn't designed for sandbox, but sandbox was designed with hl2 and source in general, gmod literally began as just that, a mod for hl2 that let you screw with props.
TA was not designed for sandbox and sandbox was not designed for TA, there's a sheer difference here and many if not all TA weapons would never feel the same if all the relevant mechanics weren't there to add on to the experience such as the movement and other systems the guns might rely on.
If someone is able and wanting to code up sandbox versions of TA weapons, then have fun at the attempt. However the animations, code, sounds and particle work, as well as select models (If we're talking weapons exclusively then Gungnir and Reiterpallasch) are custom-made for TA and will be rightfully DMCA'd if posted without our consent, especially in regards to those models as they were made by a dear friend that is no longer with us. So have fun replicating that.
Sandbox tends to drag things into it
I'm content playing this mod in it's own gamemode, i've been doing so since a few years before it made it here on steam (congrats by the way!)
But it does seem like the demand is there for TA weapons in sandbox, and if you don't want to do the work for it i'd atleast suggest considering letting other people who want it do the work themselves
If not that's fine too
I still love this mod to death!
Nor are they designed to.
Good luck with your projects
Work is just going somewhat slow as I have been working on this project for nearly 3 years on and off now.
I'm working on some side projects and a couple of other little things while also trying to enjoy life and what not.
There is another planned update coming though, Not sure when, but it'll definitely happen.
