IF Karl gain control of the Nuln（or whole Wissenland area？），can he recruit these units？

What the Empire really needs is to separate city state from province. The bigger cities of the Empire are their own entities. So Altdorf, Middenheim, Nuln and Talabheim should all be separate like the major Kislevite cities are.

I took another look at the uniforms and heraldry book and they were white, gray, and red so all of us are correct, I still like the red and grey look though because its going to contrast well with nuln's black and red while keeping the red scheme

It’s grey and white for Wissenland (the province) with grey and red for Nuln (the city). For the Imoerial School of engineers it’s black with spots of red.

Parallel with Reikland (white and red) and Altdorf (blue and red)
