So how do I put on the elbow pads? It's not showing up in the body groups nor in the models. Do I have to install the legacy version?

The change notes have those, but essentually: materials are better organized for easier manipulation and editing, blank, as in no camo skins are now skins instead of materials you need to override, head accesories are a separate models, and female and male versions are a separate downloads
