Specs: 9800X3D, RTX 5070 12GB, DDR5 RAM 32GB 6000MHz.

I did a bunch of tweaks, but capping my FPS in RTSS (front edge sync) at 850 increased my lows the most.

Are you referring to, let’s say, the 5 consecutive runs themselves, or to comparing the averages of 5-run batches to each other?
Because average-to-average seems about right for me —
but within those 5 runs, I’m seeing pretty much everything imaginable.
I’m just not used to seeing a variance of more than 15% in other games.
And your suggestion of doing 5 runs is actually exactly what I already do.
I wouldn’t even mind a jump between the first and second run — that would be expected.
What surprised me, though, is that it keeps happening without showing any clear trend.
Even if I do more than 5 runs, I still end up with the same range of fluctuations.
But that’s acceptable to me if even you, as the creator of the benchmark map, confirm that this behavior is normal.
I just have one issue and wanted to ask if anyone else is experiencing the same thing:
For me, no two runs are the same.
If I do multiple runs in a row, after a restart, or even with a fresh system state, I always get different results — beyond what you’d normally consider regular measurement tolerance in other game benchmarks.
I’ve seen everything from avg 500 and P1 230 to avg 520 and P1 272.
I can already rule out background services.
How about you guys?
Any tips?

Notes:
1680 v2 uses twice as much power compared to other CPUs, i've even seen it using 250watts on a Prime95 stress test..
My 1680 v2 got dead one week ago, so i had to play CS2 with 4820k for a bit time and playing CS2 with this CPU was literally a disaster, sometimes fps dropped to incredibly low values and i had to restart the game because of this. IDK what was the actual reason of that FPS drop but mostly its occurred when i shift+tab or alt+tab so fast.
