@#6 I know this is a longtime since your post, but look up the concept of symlinks. You can try symlinking the two folders and they will act like the same folder. When your GoG version looks in its mod folder it will bounce and look in the team version mod folder. If you are on windows, look up windows junction. Its a much more robust windows form of symlinking. Super useful when a normal symlink doesnt work correctly.

I just wish I could symlink the save files on rimworld so I can store them on a second drive and steam cloud still see them. Does work on my Manjaro install unfortunately.

Haha, I love this mod so much! Speaking of which, I prefer the side effect of it: it opens the steam of the web page instead of the client! Thank you

If your mods are located in the \RimWorld\Mods folder then yes Rimworld will see them. You can move/copy mods from steam's workshop mod folder C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\294100

Quick question, does this also allow you to use workshop mods while offline? I usually play my long runs on a secondary GoG install of the game since GoG doesn't force updates on you but if this allowed to use workshop while offline then I could maybe switch back to the Steam version.
