OK, SO, while i still do not have any pathing issues as other people here do, I have found another thing that broke in this "update." Using it in combination with Dub's skylights causes problems. If a window's light and skylight overlap, the roof becomes bugged. You need to keep them separated.

They did not attempt to build a roof as "no path," so this seems ok?
I used Rimpy to sort it into my list. So far, so good.

I know the risks. I am attempting this mod. So far, pawns do not attempt to path into the windows. The Outdoor needs seem to be ok.
The light overlay (options) does not work with Dub's skylights anymore.
I spawned all the windows in dev mode (rustic, regular, reinforced, in various sizes) and so far so good. I can not get them to path into it while drafted, and they dont seem to want to go through them on their own. Waiting on pen animals. Going to build a room with no doors, only windows, and see if they try to roof it over...

I think ANumeric is gone now too. I really wish that someone else had taken over this mod.

Adenrius, you totally missed the point. It is by all means not better than nothing but opposite because it is not working as intended. And i will not repeat the whole sentence again, just read it below and thinkabout it some more.

@Terminator™ that's better than nothing. Regardless, modders don't have any obligation to you. By all mean, do a clean update if you're unhappy with the current situation.

You've made a bad service to players.
If you intend to support this mod - do it right, fix errors and e.t.c. This halfworking "stub" just made a visibility of mod update possibly preventing other people who can to do normal 1.5 update, since auhor of original mod are MIA.

After testing, I can confirm this doesn't work with Combat Extended. Not only that, but when used with Combat Extended, it causes weird pawn behavior, both with my own pawns, and raiders, in relation to windows.

There's an issue with ReBuild it seems. It removes the "glass pane" recipe and replaces other similar mods (like dubs skylight) recipes to sue that glass instead, but it seem that it fails to do so witth this version of the mod (while still removing the glass panes). Maybe because the name changed? Unsure how it works, but basically you can't build windows if you got both mods installed.

My pawns won't shoot through windows and sometimes there is pathing error
I use CE but I had no problem in 1.4

Yep, there are some bugs. But since Owlchemist said he will be back modding shortly, I think I will wait for a bit before trying to do job Owl is gonna do ten times better than me xd

@Soquete Átomico Probably related to the "fix" in 1.5 that ensured that pawns could try to build paths through invisible objects (e.g. other pawns). Apparently, they now treat windows in a similar way.

I don't know why, but having windows, the animals try to get in and eat the food and plants inside my buildings, but they freeze, I did some tests and I realized that the animals believe that the windows are passable, and that's why the game interprets it as if they can pass, but at the same time they can't, causing them to freeze and not move until they die of hunger.
