do the different gels apply different effects or are they just cosmetic?

it just makes the meteorite flamethrower not use gel or any type of ammo

One (rather hilarious) unintended effect of the cosmika flamethrower appears to be that it can send the Old One's Army portals flying away.

I've just beaten this mod on master (all bosses and event bosses defeated.) Two things.

Can you make it so the merchant sells normal gel in pre-hardmode, getting gel pre-boss was a nightmare.

And one of the pieces of shadowflame armor can only be crafted at a hardmode anvil, when the other two pieces are crafted at the pre-hardmode anvil.

could you make the spread on all Flamethrowers a little narrower?
Or add a config to change the particle size?

Cause the Fire effect starts out pretty big already for most weapons, it kinda makes aiming them feel worse. But other than that this is a great mod variety and progression wise

Here are my advice:
1.How do I craft Flamethrower Guide?This thing need itself as a material.And its 4%velocity benefits little in post-prime period,which even weaker than blazing Flower(5%velocity and 5%damage)!

2.And vortex fire tank lose its explosion ability?oh,man.It's a final accessory!please add it back.

3.Different gel better add different damages and make them displayed.

4.There need a final accessory made from Burning Emblem or just add some buffs on it.I make Burning Emblem(10% damage) from the Ranger Emblem(15% damage),but benefit is discounted(-5%damage)

i didn't make this mod with calamity in mind so calamity's weapons aren't effected by my equipment and i didn't have scaling with calamity in mind either

do you mean with scaling or do the effects/equipment work with calamity's flamethrowers?

i didn't make this mod with other flamethrower mods in mind, so my flamethrower equipment items won't work with calayst's flamethrowers.

Going to be honest, I really just looked at the gif and decided that 'giant blob' projectiles weren't flame thrower enough but i just watched this video and not only was my judgment 100% wrong but i'll be using the mod asap

its a good mod though, just not for me.

Just the vanilla flamers, but overall weaker. to scale with progression. its mostly the projectiles, at least from the first one. not really flame thrower like to me.

Hey, I installed this mod and assumably this one came with the meteor FireGear [that buffs flamethrowers and gives ammo to the Meteor Flamer] - but the thing is, I cannot for the life of me find out how to make the chest and leggings via the guide.

Is this intentional?
