Ah, that could certainly do it. Throw enough weirder genes together and that can start to cause issues simply due to the fact that all of them are messing with a lot of stuff. I never noticed it while I played with B&S, but I also didn't have any pawns with this gene.

I tried it with both having the gene, only the mother having the gene, and only the father having the gene, and in all 3 cases the pregnancy was not removed. I recommend forcing steam to completely redownload the EBSG Framework, and if the bug still persists double check that the mother does not have any genes which alter how pregnancy functions. All this gene does is alter how much progress is made by the pregnancy hediff each interval

I don't recall encountering that issue earlier, but I'll test to see if I can replicate the issue

For some reason when they get pregnant, it instantly removed their pregnancy

I'm with Aphasia on this one. Nothing in the EBSG Framework code does or ever will alter the code that requires a pawn to be an adult to be romanced. I recommend taking your stories for this game to a different forum.

I just use the extra kids as an unethical food and slave source, it helps feed my required executions for my ideology while getting a source of child soldiers.

Really nice. Don't suppose you'd be willing to put in a "loving for pleasure" option to stop kids from happening though, would you? Would be nice for those times you don't have the infrastructure to support more pawns. Either way, great mod.

Starts a new game, instantly get's pregnant one second in even though i'm by myself. Next 15 seconds and goes into labor. This mod is great! lol

I can take a look at trying that in the future, but can't promise anything since that's not a super simple request. Alternative, as Nirahiel mentioned, a perusal through the workshop may yield something you can use.

well can you make a seperate gene for asexual reproduction that has a reasonable speed then add a config for that gene?

I'm not planning on making something like this with an asexual reproduction option due to the performance issues that would quickly pop up. I tried something similar for Superhero Genes and it did not take long for the game to start struggling to keep up with how many pawns I had.

It increases fertility, libido, gestation speed, and for those who do age it causes fertility to increase with age instead of decrease.

Ageless pawns will not benefit from the age curve increasing, but will still gain the base 100x fertility multiplier. It works for both genders.

"makes fertility by age curve go the opposite direction" What about ageless pawns ? They can't be super duper fertile ? (Young vampires grow up to 18 yo and then basically stop getting older)

Yeah, one of my tests involved a 70 year old with over 1,000% fertility if I recall correctly. Did not take long for that pawn to get pregnant.

Unfortunately for anyone who wants a manageable number of pawns, it does exactly as the gene says. It increases gestation speed, libido, and fertility to unreasonable levels, and makes fertility by age curve go the opposite direction.

Released on 1st of april, aye? Time to see the coin flip on whether it does exactly as it says, does exactly as it says but in a weird way or doesn't do what it says at all.
