What if the pawn in question is deathless, but not a sanguophage? Or even has fire/heat immunity from the Big and Small genes mod?

Once you're downed on the ground, it's very easy for someone to ram a massive spike through your skull and finish you off or simply rip off your skull Now I have never played with immortal pawns, cuz vampires are the lamest of horror creatures but I'd think they'd die if their head was chopped off am I wrong?
