@Nisto It allows to you tie-down aircraft, which would keep it anchored to the helipad while the main vehicle is in motion.

ive been looking for more halo vahicles and i enjoy this has a helipad, i cant see from the images but i might add mag alls to the pad so i don't loose the thing.:steamthumbsup:
