Can confirm that for some reason Freya doesn't use the new diet. All other thralls seems fine (I haven't acquired Liu yet).

The mod works well in 2025, with the exception of Freya and Liu Fei, which refuse to use the new gruels and their food table shows as vanilla. But this is not a big deal.

They take the cooked version, this way you can just dump all the ingredients into the campfire and it will make them. I didn't consider using the raw ingredients, but there would probably be problems with it clashing with the recipe to cook them normally if it did.

Question of idle curiosity, do the special gruels take the raw or cooked versions of their added meat ingredient? I can see the argument for either.

@Eld - Each variant of gruel has the cooked version of the meat they need in their icon (floating in the gruel) but for a couple I admit it's a little hard to tell.

Is there any note on which ingredient is needed for each Gruel, Some are obvious like pork gruel but the others I am at a loss. Any help appreciated, thanks. And nice mod!

I reactivated your mod and moved it to the end of the modlist and it works for me now.

@Trickster_Plays You'll have the same tooltip that the current diet items do showing the stat growths, but that's it

just a question.. do those stats in the table also appear in game when we point at the specific gruel icon in a thrall's inventory. like a small popup window which shows the stats of that specific gruel ?

@ Alex - I'm also running on Savage Wilds and having no issues. Are you using mods like Thralls Are Alive or something similar? I've had weird issues with that mod specifically and my other mod Thralls to Forty

I'm currently on savage wilds could that be the source of problems? I know nothing about modding this game...

Hello I added the mod and made some of the gruel (2 different kinds). I gave it to two different thralls (both level zero). I went out and killed some things and noticed my thralls were still on level zero. I checked and they were both still at zero xp. I removed the mod and my thralls immediately began gaining xp again. Not sure what I can check on my end. Like i said I have multiple mods running so it could be some kind of interaction? Sorry I'm probably not much help...

This mod works for me.
There is no problem for thrall xp or level up.

@Alex The only thing this mod does is add items, recipes and change very specifically the "diet" section of thralls, it shouldn't cause that sort of issue but if you can confirm that it does, please let me know

I added this and now my thralls will not gain xp. I have other mods so it could be some interaction with them.
