Does the ai benefit from this mod, or do only only the faction you're playing as?

Not sure if it will work with an already saved game. I would recommend starting a new game.

Thank you for putting the time and effort into producing this mod.

Is it possible to change the maximum general skill level from 10 to 20 ? It is kind of bothersome that when i max out a general he still might have two or three skill sets that have only one or two chevrons.
