when i shoot my guns there is no effect of shooting there is only a yellow sphere at the barrel of the gun

I have read the instructions, followed them, and also watched the tutorial. However, the Reshade Menu does not come up for me in game, even if I press the Home Key.

It's a reshade preset, it isn't a trojan
