Anyway, I feel like Arkhan is the most underwhelming since the units affected by "Deadly Alliance" are borrowed instead of being part of Tomb King's roster, you have to wait till you can sign a military alliance and you lose them if the pact is broken or the faction is erased from existence.
imo, it would be better if that tech give the Arkhan vamp units those buffs or give 'em access to the Realm of Souls or allow him to recruit more vampires like the monstrous units of both the counts and the coast.
