Ok, so after trying every profession I can say that it doesn't work so well. If you are a mage you can get only 20 mana. If you are mercenary then only 10str and 10 dex. If you pray manually you can still get 3hp every day for 100 gold, but mod won't help you with that. Only paladin/no proffesion will get 10dex 10 str 20 mana and as much hp as you want but still it will be 100gold for 1 hp instead of 3 hp.

When I had no guild I've prayed for maximum of 10 str and 10 dex and left mana untouched. Then after joining mercenaries I went back to praying but there is no dialogue options anymore for quick stats.
