Now that's what I call a taunt. It's great. You are telling the Sniper on the other end to aim better.
The only issue with this is that the animation is a little too good for TF2. What I mean is, in TF2, your average character animation is usually pretty simple. This one is a bit too much, but I can definitely see this fitting well as a taunt in TF2.

Fantastic taunt. Even though it brings in other items, like the board, it still fits and fells natural.

really well done, but you could probably cut it in half to the sniper just point at the sign and saying a quip. either way its great, but for game-play reasons probably cut it in half.
