Thinking about something like the Urbanmech would be one of the easiest mechs to implent into the game. It basically a slow walking turret.

Maybe a Battletech mod focusing on places and eras where battlemechs are absent or rare like the periphery or the age of war before their invention.

A battletech mod in Arma would be absolutely amazing, however seeing people call the Arma engine an enigma and animation itself being an absolute mystery that only WebKnight has understood well (to my knowledge), it's somewhat understandable why there isn't.

Makes me wonder why no one seems to have tried to make a full Battletech mod. Not even just the mechs but the other vehicles too like the Rommel, the Harrasser, or even the Rotunda. Why has no one tried? Theirs definitely a lot of material just look at Sarna or any of the rule and lore books.

I understood the problem, I had to increase their Armor in config otherwise too easy to kill
did you try to decrease their armor?

Yes, the small mech units who utilize "Mech Armor" in their inventory instead of the vehicle form, ie the minigun and cannon variants. Disabling ACE Medical allows them to die as they should be, so somewhere there's an incompatibility.

ACE medical seems to make the mechs unkillable. They will get disabled when they receive enough damage, however they will not be killed and will still be targeted by enemy combatants, getting stuck in an infinite downed animation.

thx for the good work. the mech tank lite worked fine in the vr arsenal field test, a superb combination of firepower and versatility.

but there are a few kinks maybe need a little bit tweak:

after mounting the mech tank lite and walking a few step, the lower half of the mech just become invisible. the mech is still walking, but looks like floating

and as a dumd rookie, i don't how to use mansize mechs, they are not vehicle, so can't be spawn and mounted.......
