Report a translation problem
Turns out the Technopath Hood was trying to add HackingSpeed bonus, but I didn't have Idology DLC enabled. Not sure if XML mods support checking for enabled DLC before attempting to apply a trait. I did have Royalty installed so the Psycast stuff probably would do the same to anyone not using that DLC.

PC has been outdated for a long time now
I'm not expecting a perfect fix, just wondering if anyone else is having the same issue? maybe we can compare modlists and figure out the issue?
And how would the CE team even know if it's compatible?? It's not viable to change CE to fit a couple hundred mods when those couple hundred mods can change to fit CE, again, on their own terms.
BTW thats who yall should be asking if something is CE compatible. The CE team. Not the modders.
