Hey guys, I'm going to update the mod. It'll take a couple of days because I want to improve everything from scratch, taking into account some of the complaints.

My plans include making everything even more stable, with better detail and even better optimization! 🥰

Only for B41 all optimization features are available. And in 41/42 only the balanced textures. In the future, I am going to remake the version of B41 from 41/42 for the new algorithm that I am finalizing for B42. For variety and taste.

Hello, this is a new feature from the game developers. Folder 42 contains a mod for Build 42. Meanwhile, media contains a mod for Build 41. And I believe the common folder is for mods containing tiles.

@Vargr, Yes, you can delete the vehicles folder. I'm going to fix/improve this or make it optional in the next update.

Yes, I play with that mod myself. I specially avoid editing masks and models to maintain mod compatibility.

Is it possible to remove to optimized vehicle textures? Everything looks great so far with the exception of the vehicles which i could tell immediately are much lower quality.

for everyone that use debian based linux distro, check ur ram usage, ur ram is spiking, my ram spike to 14.5gb when i try to run this game with texture compression disabled

Idk why, but this made my game run on 8fps instead of 60 on my arch os. Not sure if it a package problem or a mod incompatibility, though it used to work well on my Linux mint

In this mod there is a basic version for B41, and in the description there is a variable version for B41.

And I had to separate them because the game did not allow me to update the mod. In the future I will solve this with "All-in-one" when such an opportunity appears.

Well, you can manually install the mod by copying it into the root folder, or activate it like other mods. And if I'm not mistaken, it's enough to activate the mod in the main menu to play with it in multiplayer. That is, it is not necessary to add it to the list of server mods if you do not want everyone to play with this mod.
