Shows as 0 bytes when downloaded

I tried to remove the cache folder but it's stuck even on 0.990.43 and below it used to work do you know how to fix this? :/

the section we are interested in is "Download files from Steam Storage"

for example the command for download the build 46.1995 is:

download_depot 314650 314651 2540795720305193918

you will find the files of the required version here:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\content\app_314650\depot_314651

obviously replacing these files in place of the ones currently in use is at your own risk and it is always advisable to make a backup first... at worst you will have to uninstall and reinstall everything.

If you want, I discovered that you can downgrade to the version you prefer through the Steam console. It's not very simple but not too difficult either. I went back to 0.990.46.1995 for example.
I have a link to a forum that explains how to do it, but it's in Italian.

plutonian, i have a issue, every time i delete the cache folder and launch the game, the cache folder regenerates and the Rodri. mod ends up not working. (i changed the version to 0.990.43.), do you know how to fix that?
