are BOTH WRONG.
this mod does support remapped items by default if the other mod is higher in the load order.
the remapps occur automatically, this was tested with a modded medical brew that naturally spawned in a green supply drop.
while a bit extreme, this might even effect S+ (i cant verify though i dont use that mod and its naming system is really extreme, it also changes textures and what not.)
As for the quality that was also adjusted last update to give greater range. You may still get a god rng roll but that's just ark ;)
Is the quality of the loot stay the same or will it give you OP weapons with 400% DMG like in ASA cuz it would feel like cheating.
or im I going to be getting the vanilla items that dont remapp into the modded ones?
But should you also make a mod that adds ASA's fasola and gigantoraptor to ASE?
Finding 4 drops in a row with a large assortment of metal, greenhouse, etc parts is kind of OP when demo-ing for parts. Still on a beach base with 400 crystal.
Maybe reduce the frequency that building parts are an optional drop (e.g. if its currently set at 20% for metal parts, then make it 5%), or reduce the number of parts per drop (e.g. instead of having 4 walls, 4 ceilings, 2 windows and a gate, make it 2 walls, 2 ceilings, 1 window and make the gate a 20% chance.)
Adjust structures that can be demo'd for a LOT of materials only drop from Yellow or even only Reds and at a LOW frequency (e.g. behemoth gates) (unless they do already, i have only just started using this mod).

like 5 Behemoth Metal gates in my first 30 minutes of gameplay is just nuts
