I find it fundamentally frustrating that these can only be obtained through quest rewards, since you can get a some parts yes fine. But you can end up not getting offered the neural system so they just collect dust on a shelf..
Other than that, great mod! <3

You need to have batterys build or the pawn will not recharge.

Hello, I have been running a colony with all of your 40k mods and some others. The carrying capacity increases do not appear to do anything, on the map or in a caravan. It could be some incompatibility, but it still didn't work before I added other bionics mods.
It could be fully my fault, but I wanted to make you aware of the issue.

@Chromium: Yeah I wish he would expand on the Internal Reservoir mechanisms. First off it seems pretty much ANY part you install that says "active/inactive" requires it (so yes on your heart) but he doesn't really explain how many implants each level can support passively nor how to "recharge" (I assume sleeping / time when they are inactive). The best I can tell with limited testing it it's one (sometimes 2; so I assume different parts have different unlisted pull rates) per passive reservoir level which seems insane give how decked out in parts a servitor or techpriest is in the lore with often only the brain remaining and skin real flesh.

Needs to really expand the description above on this.

So for the cybernetic body parts in order to work I need an Internal Resevoir? Because I have a cybernetic stomach installed but it says it's inactive. Thanx in advance

I noticed that pretty much ever cybernetics says "inactive", such as "cybernetic ear" but you still get the bonuses, is there a way for implants that DON'T USE Internal Reservoir to just not imply they do with (inactive). Also can create a implant "group" called Imperium/40K something (likewise for weapons) to make it easier to find them all / select or if it already exists (I don't think it does), at least split off the "relics" into their own group.

Which is odd as all the cybernetics inherit from a base which has that tag. But thanks to both of you, I’ll try adding it directly and see if it does indeed fix it

I solved the problem as mentioned above by adding <isBad>false</isBad> to all CyberneticsDefs files

Found this in Rah's Bionics Mod comments, they had the same problem and maybe it helps with the problem of disappearing bionics here too.

"could you please add <isBad>false</isBad> to your addedPartAdvanced and addedPartAdvancedImplant HediffDef abstracts ... Without this field, your advanced bionics are considered diseases by the base game"

Anybody else getting a weird bug where cybernetics from this mod immediately disappear upon being installed? Happened to me with a kidney, which I assumed I just never had or lost track of who I installed it into, and then a cyber mantle. Is this some sort of mod incompatibility or is it a result of the most recent update? (I heard it fucks with some mods)

Yes, Jimmy down here is right, I have the same problem, but I thought it was just a strange unstable interaction with mod 1.5. The operation fails without notification, the body part that you want to swap is simply deleted, if I use the editor, then as soon as the game is paused, the body part disappears. Logs is silent

Hey, a thing I noticed during play is that the reservoir only charges if there is energy storage to pull from. I was using geothermal without batteries and it wasn't charging.

I have avoided the recharge issue.... it was the manual recharge ability
ran into something more simple:
If I install a cybernetic spine, it is incompatible with the neural network for mechadendrites.
Is this by design?

trying to recharge energy suddenly caused everything to crash on the GUI.

Got some weird bug whenever I have a pawn with Manipulator Mechadendrite. The pawn disappears completely from all UIs and just freezes there. I can still click on it, but I cannot get it to move or do tasks, it just stays there frozen until I use dev mode to delete that specific cybernetic. After deleting and saving a new save then reloading said save, the pawn finally appears on my pawn list and all other UIs. Just a heads up.

yeap, problem fixed with another psylink.. he had psy abilities but no psylink level .. weird ..

I can't find the research option in the VEF settings, Astartes are there but no Cybernetics.
Maybe overwritten by the addon mod .. sometimes I wonder how and why Rimworld is still working with all the mod interactions.

it is always nice to remove mods that are no longer neccessary.

internal resservoirs are working now, except for one psyker, whos heat bar is not visible, but i think thats a problem of v. psycasts expanded
