"Military units and religious units do not suffer from combat penalties when injured" - that's a bit too good, and the reason I've decided against installing this mod. I think the wonder would be fine without this feature.
If you think an extra feature is needed, maybe this: when an enemy unit destroys your unit in direct combat, they receive 25% damage. What do you think?

Yes, the effect stacks with other heal-after-kill effects, including Tomyris and War Department.
