On first look it works just fine in B42 after you B42-ify the mod manually. Go into the mod's folder (\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\108600\3084610040\mods\InvisibleBackpacks\), create 2 folders named "42.0" and "common", then copy (not move!) the "media" folder, the "poster.png" and the "mod.info" files into "42.0".
If you did it right, then the mod will show up in the mod browser. If you did not, then you'll find a totally empty mod browser... Don't be alarmed, removing or correctly B42-ifying the mod will restore order, so you can't eff your game up for good.
Also, I'm not sure what will happen if this mod ever gets updated.

ngl why do they slow the character run speed if they're invisible?.. sorta curious.

is there any mod makes all backpacks in the game unvisible ? including mod backpacks
